- Procrastination is the thief of time.
- Meal
- Choose those food products and meals which you had ate formerly.
- Eat three times a day or often.
- Eat breakfast.
- Do not eat in two hours before sleep.
- Don't rush then eating and chew up a food.
- Always eat as much as needed to stay a little bit hungry.
- Hygiene
- Brush your teeth two times a day or often.
- Use teeth cleaning thread.
- Wash yourself in every morning and evening.
- Wash your head daily.
- Wash with tepid water.
- After washing yourself harden off with cold water.
- Once a week take care of your nails.
- Once a month visit a hairdresser.
- Bad habits
- Everything used without moderation is harmful.
- Do not smoke even single cigarette:
- Remember even one cigaret creates bad feelings.
- Not smoker is original between smoking people.
- No occasion justifies smoking.
- Smoking break isn't chance to communicate with interesting people. Use tea breaks instead.
- Then using alcohol do not rush and remember past experience - what self feelings is created by over-drink.
Today is the day for changes. Now is the time for changes. Wrong habits got our undermind and feelings. But I believe that we can change ourselves with commitment to own written rules in our personal constitutions.
