  1. Sleep

  2. Sports

    3. Walking isn't just sport for body, but good time to loosen up your mind, create new ideas.
  3. Changes
    1. Remember that today is the day for changes and now is the time for changes.
      1. Procrastination is the thief of time.
  4. Meal
    1. Choose those food products and meals which you had ate formerly.
    2. Eat three times a day or often.
    3. Eat breakfast.
    4. Do not eat in two hours before sleep.
    5. Don't rush then eating and chew up a food.
    6. Always eat as much as needed to stay a little bit hungry.
  5. Hygiene
    1. Brush your teeth two times a day or often.
    2. Use teeth cleaning thread.
    3. Wash yourself in every morning and evening.
    4. Wash your head daily.
    5. Wash with tepid water.
    6. After washing yourself harden off with cold water.
    7. Once a week take care of your nails.
    8. Once a month visit a hairdresser.
  6. Bad habits
    1. Everything used without moderation is harmful.
    2. Do not smoke even single cigarette:
      1. Remember even one cigaret creates bad feelings.
      2. Not smoker is original between smoking people.
      3. No occasion justifies smoking.
      4. Smoking break isn't chance to communicate with interesting people. Use tea breaks instead.
    3. Then using alcohol do not rush and remember past experience - what self feelings is created by over-drink.
